Amelia has a soft spot for beautifully restored teeth, nervous patients who leave smiling, and dentistry that looks like it hasn’t been “done” at all.
She qualified from King’s College London in 2009, after first achieving a First-Class degree in Chemistry with Biochemistry from Queen Mary University of London — so it’s fair to say she has always enjoyed figuring out how things work.
Since qualifying, Amelia has continued to build on her skills with further training in advanced aesthetic and restorative dentistry, occlusion and endodontics. Her particular love is restorative dentistry, where science, precision and a little artistry all come together.
But technical dentistry is only half the story. Amelia is a big believer that patients should feel listened to, comfortable and fully involved in their care. She loves getting to know the person behind the smile and has a calm, friendly approach that makes a trip to the dentist feel considerably less… well, dentistry.
Her goal is always the same: healthy teeth, natural-looking results and absolutely no one-size-fits-all dentistry.
When she’s not looking after smiles, Amelia can usually be found running, doing Pilates or experimenting in the kitchen — with varying levels of success on the recipe front.
And because apparently running for fun wasn’t challenging enough, she’s now training for the 2027 London Marathon.
So if you’re looking for a dentist who loves restorative dentistry, enjoys a good chat and may occasionally discuss marathon training or food between appointments, you’ll be in very good hands.
