Smile in a Day, also called All-on-4, anchors a fixed bridge on four implants and fits a working set of teeth in a single visit. It is £14,995 per arch. Because the implants go in at carefully chosen angles, it often works where bone has already been lost, so people who were turned down for implants years ago are frequently suitable now.
Wearing a denture that slips? An implant-retained denture clips onto implants instead of resting on the gum. The lower arch is £5,995 and the upper £10,995, which makes it the middle option between a conventional denture and a fixed full arch.
The implant itself is £1,500 and the porcelain crown from £1,000, so a single tooth start to finish comes to roughly £2,500. The 3D CBCT scan we use to plan placement safely is £195. If your jaw needs building up first, a bone graft starts at £575 and a sinus lift at £595. Consultations with our implantologist are £80.
